Kindly inform me " Why the Project WEB BASED SOLUTION FOR SENDING EXAMINATION QUESTION PAPERS via INTERNT" had not been adopted since Feb.2004 to 1st May2011? In the interest of Students & Nation Will it be adopted in future?"
Some Technical Procedure (REPORT) was already prepared by IT Company Re-presentatives Shri Sanjay Porwal,BASE COMPUTER Indore, P.Soni & Shri Nikhil Muley (IT System-Analist Ambala) along with youth of Nepanagar.(Particularly Mrs. Sujata R. Negi, Shri Dinesh Sowale, ShirishYelvankar, Abhay Pande, Manish Tambat, Sandeep Jaiswal & Mrs.Jyotsna P. Karkare Principal Saraswati Shishu Mandir Nepanagar) in the m/o Dec.2003-Jan 2004 at SARASWATI SHISHU MANDIR, NEPANAGAR(M.P.)
The same report was submitted to HRD Ministry by Shri Nand Kumar Singh Chauhan, the former M.P. Khandwa Loksabha zone. The Carporator Shri Prakash Pawar also Co-operated and sent a Regd. letter to the Hon'ble President of India in this matter..
On 12th April 2004 Shri S.C.Tripathi the secretary HRD ministry Govt. of India reported to media that " The HRD Ministry plans e-mode for exams." He said due to application of this plan leakage of question papers may be stopped.
"The Paper setters would not have to key in the questions long in advance. Once they had discussed it verbally among themselves, they could e-mail it to centres across the country 45minuts or an hour before the exam.
The SARASWATI SHISHU MANDIR'S report was same as Shri Tripathi said."
I think e-mode procedure has been adopted on 1st May2011. As within 3hrs satisfactory re-exam procedure at all-over India(Thousand Centres) was conducted against AIEEE.
On basis of the prooved satisfactory re-exam of AIEEE, I here by demand for
"RENDUM & E-MODE QUESTION PAPERS FOR ALL COMPETATIVE EXAMS IN INDIA." No doubt this procedure will be the MILE-STONE TO STOP THE CORRUPTION IN EDUCATION & RECURUITMENS FIELDS IN INDIA."

As per our conversation regarding above-mentioned project we are herewith submitting the details :
Scope of Work: 1. Development of Website
2. Security Features One Supervisor Password will be given to Upload question paper Question Paper Portion of site will be available only after Supervisor’s permission.Password will be provided only to authorized user, to download question paper Authorized user’s password can be changed as and when required by only Supervisor .Downloading period will be known to authorised person only. (This can be changed as and when required by supervisor.Question Paper Portion will be invisible after examination. Time to upload 10-question paper: around 30 min.Time to download 10-question paper: around 30 min. Training to handle/manage operations of web site will be given on-site to One/Two Person having sufficient knowledge of computer operations and preliminary knowledge of Internet operations.
Total Project Cost. : Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousands only) with One Year Support.Running cost: Rs. 3000/yr (Rupees Three Thousands per year) for Domain Registration and Space Charges
Considering your functionality, security quotient can be achieved upto 90% using this methodology and technique.
Further to achieve 99% security quotient coder/decoder software module can also be installed at sender’s/receiver’s end. This facility additional will cost Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousands only) including one year on-site support and on-site training.

Dear Sir
Please refer to our discussion, please find enclosed different solution for your requirement.
There are 2 options that you can have for the secure space. The basic space i.e. 1 GB will be required which will cost you 35,000.00 per year annually on a Windows 2000 Server. You get 1 FTP user by default and additional user will be 400/- per user
Now after this to make it secure you have 2 options.
1) Get a dedicated IP and put it behind a firewall so that no intrusion takes place. The charges will be 2500/- for a dedicated IP per year and 10000/- for the firewall
2) Take a domain and an SSL certificate that will cost you 600/- for the domain, 10000/- for the SSL certificate and 5000/- for the CSR Generation
Both the options are quite safe though we would prefer to go by option # 1 as in second case because of SSL the speed might go down for FTP as some extra operations are involved.
If you want a Web Interface for this, a application needs to be developed that will take care of all the uploads and downloads in the secure environment. The cost for development of this application will be 25,000/-

This project would have made a difference if opted earlier and relied to practice. Students would then be satisfied of the efforts they made those times and better results could be gained.
Elsewhere your careful step towards this forum is outstanding and appreciable .
The pity to be felt is over the late and unaware policies and decisions of the government.
I hope for the best positive results of this letter from the government at this very time.
