Respected Sir,
                     I pay a lot of thanks to the Chief Information Commission ( CIC ) who has released a most valuable & essential order which places six major political parties under the RTI Act.   No doubt other than a very few persons & groups, all the public of India desires to stop corruption for which complete economic transparency be brought in practice.  It gave pleasure that " The CIC has come one step forward to fulfill this requirement by placing political parties under RTI Act."

 It is found very sad that the order of CIC which places six major political parties under the RTI Act, has been rejected by the political parties. { Please see Ref. [1] }  Hence a few suggestions & necessity of implementation of the CIC'S above order is described in HINDI in the link / blog  दलो पर RTI बंधन. विशेष निवेदन http://cvajpeyi.blogspot.com/2013/06/blog-post_6.html …  It is also to inform that The same has also been twitted by me to the Hon'ble P. M.  Dr. Manmohan Singh Saheb, The chief of some political parties like Shri Rajnath Singh Saheb BJP, Shri Sharad Pawar Saheb NCP and others as shown above in Ref. [2] 

I here by request to the Govt, Chief Election Commissioner, CIC, All Political Parties & Hon'le Citizens of India that in the safeguard of the Nation kindly consider my suggestion as given in the link http://cvajpeyi.blogspot.com/2013/06/blog-post_6.html ….

According to my suggestion the CIC's order in respect to RTI Act applicable over Political Parties be implemented strictly with following modification. The modified order must include following two points :--

(1)  " The RTI Act will be applicable over Political Parties only onward 04th June, 2013.   

(2)  No one reserve right to find or ask the information against RTI Act in respect to the Political Parties before the period  of  JUNE  04th,  2013.
I keep faith to all the concerns.   Even   I hope the consideration over my suggestions -
from your end as well as all the political parties too.
