Respected Madam,
Kindly open the following link i.e. the Website National Funds donate online  Online Contributions / Donations to Prime Minister's National Relief Fund pmnrf.gov.in   Here  you  will  find   "  Invalid Server Certificate." 

Madam, I shall be thankful to National Informatics Centre to inform to the public " How a common man who desires to pay to the PM's appeal & donate for Uttarakhand flood victims through Online Contributions / Donations to the PM'S National Relief Fund ?

I am sad to inform that in this case I found negligence from NIC & PMO too. How & why forget I did remind & brought in the notice of the PMO & NIC since 22nd - 23rd, June 2013 reguraly, but why I didn't find response from both the offices ? Why the Online Contributions / Donations to Prime Minister's National Relief Fund has not been normalised by NIC till now?

Please take this matter in consideration & let me know the updates on it. Incase if you are not the right authority than kindly redirect or let me know if I need to do it.
